KONAK will make every effort to make your next event special. If there is something that you are craving and you do not see it on our menu, please ask and we will see if our executive chef “Melek Basaran” can create it for you.

• STARTER:
• House Special SaladMixed romaine hearths, red cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, dressed with lemon juice and pressed extra- virgin olive oil
• Appetizer Plate A combination platter of: Humus, Falafel, Lentil fingers, creamy Turkish Ftea cheese, Honeydew Melon and Konak's special homemade stuffed grape leaves (All Vegeterian Plate )

• Mix Kebob Plate
  Doner, a Turkish gyro, Kofte (Homemade mini beef burgers) and Chicken Skewer Kebob, served with almond/vermicelli rice pilaf.
• Lamb Shank (KUZU INCIK)
  Lamb freshly baked with onion, garlic, potato, carrot, dill, tomato and lettuce served with rice.
• Grilled Salmon
  Grilled Salmon fillet gingerly rolled with asparagus and carrots served with rice pilaf.
• Konak’s Fish
  Grilled Tilapia fillet served with homemade pomegranates sauce and rice pilaf.
• Gyro - Doner Kebob
  Rated the BEST in Pennsylvania! Our homemade gyro of lamb and veal is thinly sliced, served with grilled tomato, green pepper, homemade yogurt, hot sauces and rice pilaf.
• Grill Vegetables
  Char-grilled Italian eggplant, peppers, zucchini, squash, carrot, mushroom, asparagus marinated with green herbs, garlic, served with special homemade tomato sauce and Couscous.
• Chicken Skewer Kebob TAVUK COP SIS
  Char-grilled small chicken cubes, marinated with olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, black pepper, little milk, on a skewer with cherry tomatoes and onion, served with rice pilaf.

• KOFTE (Minced Beef Patties) Meat Balls of minced beef and lamb cooked in oven with fresh homemade tomato sauce (little garlic and basil) and served with rice pilaf.

• DESSERT:
• Turkish Pudding KAZANDIBI
  Homemade Turkish style caramelized pudding. Many say it’s very similar to crème brulee
• Hot Drinks
  A selection of American Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, or Hot Tea
